Got too much BTC, now what?

Yeah right now there is no problem. I might just buy some goods once in a while to pay a few bills, I am planning to immigrate the second I can either way so. So yeah, might end up saving like half of it and let it grow in my wallet until I find a way to flee the country.

No actually Sweden is even worse than the rest of the EU, even if you register a company in let's say Monaco and explain to the govt you have a business there, you still need to prove the income to them, so that they can make sure they get every cent they deserve. Sweden is a weird country when it comes to taxes, they go really hard on the small ones like me while the larger ones roam free. That's why the Panama papers became such a huge deal in Sweden, because tons of people were fucked.

Sounds like other countries I know.

You were clever enough to make a ton of Bitcoin, you'll be clever enough to find a way to close the circle. You need to turn BTC into money, and there are tons of ways to do it legally.

VCC's and Amazon purchases to random addresses.

I've heard of stories where people order stolen goods (or goods bought with a stolen credit card) to an abandoned warehouse, and pick them up as if nothing was wrong.

Crazy stuff!

.

There are a ton of places you could go tomorrow and start living, you are over complicating everything.

Start a site that exchanges BTC for paypal, people love doing this to keep anonymous when buying certain things. Would be interested in designing it for you if you need me too.

Easy. Trade with an existing company in Sweden. Invoice them for the amount - payroll tax (in Sweden, it's 31%)

So, lets say you have 20 BTC. This equals $12.720. 69% of this is $8776. This is what they pay you as salary, for something you did (say IT-related task).

The owner of the company gets your 20 BTC and uses it for himself to buy whatever online, as he's not in the same rush for you.

You get money white and bank wont ask questions.
He gets money in his pocket that he doesn't have to tax on.
Win win win

PS: I won't do it for you, don't trust strangers online (lycka till dock!)

I get your point but no not really. I have relatives here and my income (the public tax one) is slim at best right now, moving to another country tomorrow would require it to be in the EU, I don't speak another language like Polish or such (Would have to be east or central EU for me) so no :)

Hahah that's true, I am considering this myself right now. Luckily I won't have to decide on anything right now but this might be the option.

And thanks, and yeah, I wouldn't trust someone on the web that easily with money.

Thanks for the tips everyone. I have some time to consider my options fortunately so I will have to consider a few options.

Actually. Start a sole proprietorship (enskild firma), it'll take you just a few hours or so. Then, declare that you're doing some work and get paid in BTC. You can easily manipulate the invoices - or ask whoever outside of EU to create the invoice - Sweden can't look into outside EU invoices and see if they're legit.

Once that's done, you have the money legally. Now, since "enskild firma" requires you to take everything as salary - buy gift cards for various stuff (clothes, food, travel etc) and just declare it as it will be used within the company to it's employees (you). Therefore, you don't have to tax anything since you're not taking any money as salary.

There, 0% given away to taxes and you're a cockroach to society that doesn't contribute ;)

I'm pretty sure that sweden also doesn't fall for that bullshit.

Interesting problem OP.
Let's start at the beginning; why the hell would you want to take it all out? There is no justifiable reason you should be withdrawing that kind of money if you don't need it for offline matters, least of all because of the taxes you'll need to pay. As has been mentioned, get a completely anonymous VCC and use that for off the records purchases. So no, not your predictable expenses (why did you suddenly stop buying groceries, and where did your rent for the last 3 months come from?), but every other flexible purchase is fine.

Secondly, just invoice yourself. It's the fucking internet, you can literally have entire E-mail, Skype and other messaging conversations with a "stranger" that found you online. There is no possible law that prohibits you from taking anonymous projects, is there? Just keep a record of your "work", and perhaps some other digital confirmations.

Lastly, if you're talking about serious enough earnings and are forecasting that this will continue, be a real professional and incorporate offshore. Start a mailbox firm somewhere, use it for "administrative" purposes and keep your business 99% online as per usual. That way your paperwork will always check out.

So you are saying Sweden allows people to have an unlimited number of benefits from a company and pay no taxes if they are also not taking a salary?

No, but you as a company can reward your employees with stuff like gift cards. It is morally wrong, but fully legal. You can even do some competition on social media where the winner gets giftcards - and you declare that you sent it to some guy in India while you in fact have the giftcard yourself. There's many ways to bypass the "system" - and since OP started thread with "I did some work over TOR" I don't think he's the most honest guy around.

There is a huge difference between being the owner of a company and being an employee of a company. If a owner of a company is engaging in such a scheme like you claim, Sweden will still come down on them for tax evasion.

i have a method that you can earn 20% on it and you will have everything legal to show how you did it. pm me if you are interested of course i will tell you first and after you give me something for it.

Hello,

So I recently did some work over TOR, and obviously this was all paid in BTC. Now here is the issue, I live in the EU.

So, how am I supposed to cashout this BTC? I can't just transfer it to my localbitcoins account and sell it as I don't have a receipt for how I got the BTC, thus I cannot withdraw the sales to my bank account as I already run a small business and will be audited in a few months. I wouldn't mind paying taxes on it, but I can't legally "prove" that I own the money as it would have just appeared in my LBC account. This due to the fact that the company I worked for never did any invoicing, they simply transferred the cash into my anonymous wallet.

So, any ideas? I know, I can use the BTC to buy things in my name as this would go unnoticed, but I would love to use this money to buy some new fancier clothes and pay my bills. So any suggestions?

For those wondering:

It's not just one or two BTC's, it's a two digit number, which is why I want to use it to "live on" so to say.

Add: I can sell BTC, the problem is that I cannot verify that I own the money as I have no invoice for the work I did. So no need to offer me to exchange BTC.

Secondly: I don't use Skype.

Best thing to do is get a "Debit Card" and load BTC into it, You don't have to withdraw it to your bank account, there isn't any signup fee,

https://wirexapp.com/
https://xapo.com
https://e-coin.io

Note Xapo require ID verification, E-coin doesn't require the verification last time used = Sep

I've used all three they work really good and you get a debit card spend it on your needs or do what ever you want to do, Have a good day :)))

So what's the moral of this story? Don't start anything until you know how to finish it, less you find yourself in a lot of trouble. Before accepting Bitcoins or wanting to spend money you should ask yourself, "If I start at point A how will I get to point B and finish the circle?" Those were the exact same questions I asked myself when I chose to write a book concerning this same issue that you are now going through with bitcoin and fiat based currencies.

You may find what I'm going to say both disheartening and enlightening. I'm afraid you're not going to get a definitive answer in this forum or any other place online unless you speak to someone directly from the TOR network using encrypted chat "Pidgen" on an encrypted and forked Linux operating system such as; Debian, Kali Linux , or Tails.

The only thing you'll find here are people who either fear what they do not understand, do not understand, or view crypto-currencies negatively and see it through the eyes of a much older system of currency. I'm sure you recognize such words as "illegal, taxes, etc to describe their belief that all crypto currencies should be included within a centralized fiat-based monetary system when most fail to realize, however, that Bitcoin or to be more specific "the block chain” was hard coded to be used as a decentralized unit of exchange within a decentralized global economy.

Bitcoin was never designed to be used alongside fiat money, by doing so we are essentially using a new form of currency (that the world has never seen before) alongside a much older system of currency. It's similar to when the first motor-vehicle arrived in the early 20th century which is when most people were still using horses to travel. We are still in the age of horse and carriage when it comes to our current monetary system, a system where they’re not exactly controlling money, they're controlling you.

When you use Bitcoin within this centralized system of governance, you're met with bureaucracy, violence and control. Bitcoin is a revolutionary tool that frightens centralized authorities as it relinquishes their control and grants people solace from nationalistic brain washing, government theft, confiscation, and infringements of civil liberties. Through decentralization, Bitcoin uses a global and unified consensus of personal ownership and governance that can never be confiscated or taken from the owner by a centralized authority.

For example, when you question any law surrounding taxation or any other monetary policy that had never been written into law in the United States; it will fall on deaf ears and you will be met with unlawful and unjust violence. Your government will not only take your civil liberties; they will take your humanity as well. I’ve worked for the government, they are but psychopaths in suits who dominion over men with guns, and socialistic minded, pencil pushing sheep. We are one step from Marshall Law and two steps from an Orwellian nightmare.

This is what Bitcoin stands against. Its ability to not care about other fiat money, draconian laws, and international policy signifies an individual’s freedom from absolute tyranny, greed, and corruption. It’s a tool for change, and during this time in history it’s the gun of the revolution.

I would cash it out via Bitcoin ATM. There seems to be only one in sweden: coinatmradar.com/city/186/bitcoin-atm-stockholm
Heard stories about some shops in Sweden accepting only credit cards, but cash is still accepted in some places, right?
