Got some email lists. How to setup email marketing campaigns?

I got several laser-targeted email lists in various niches and planning to launch some email campaigns to test them out. However, I cannot figure out what software to use and how to configure my campaigns technically.

I previously used Mailtrain and Mailgun, but they are domain-specific. This time I need some good and reliable black hat software with flexible options and features to send emails from various domains (send limits, throttling, email templates, custom text fields, etc.)

Can you guys please recommend something? How do you set up your own email campaigns?

Mailchimp is very easy to use and there are tons of guides and tricks around, even at their own web.

I concur Mailchimp are at the top of their game when it comes to bulk emailing.. but watch out for their omnivore...

Guys, I do not understand your point... For example, sending 50,000 emails using Mailchimp would cost you $299 but only $20 if you use Mailgun. Why the hell should one go for Mailchimp?... Or am I missing something?

Mailchimp is for small list up to 2000 users. I use mailchimp to test offers to list samples because they get very high inbox rate.
Anything more than that is just bloody expensive imo.
I prefer Sendy + SMTPs after choosing offer

Thank you for this information! Can you also please answer the following questions:

1) Have you had any problems with raising your send limits (by sending an appropriate request to Amazon)? Do you really need to explain them why in the world you need to send 100,000 emails a day? What if you bought Sendy, installed it, but then they refuse your request for some reason? What do you do?

2) Is that really true that (as stated in Sendy's installation manual), once you set up Sendy, you can send to and from any email address? I.e. you do not really have to own neither the email nor the domain from where you are sending your emails?

3) What happens if more and more people start complaining to Amazon because of unwated email they receive from you? Can Amazon permanently take down your AWS account?

4) Is it possible to use email templates with custom fields with Sendy? For example, I have a list of emails and unique coupon code for each of the email addresses that I would like to share with the recipient. Can I insert it as a custom text field into the email template?

1. yeah you do and they are strict
2. you theoretically can send from any domain, but if you don't own it, that means you will not have SPF/DKIM validation and your emails will go to spam more likely (unauthorized sender)
3. if people complain then your list is not "laser targeted" like youmentioned, obviously spam complaints will affect you, so try to avoid that.. if your list is very targeted then it shoudnt be hard

Thank you for all this information. I completely forgot about DKIM, you are totally right about that.
