I planned on just waiting a bit and flipping these domains....whats the best way to move forward? They are specific of sorts, so I' reluctant to build content on it.

Should I park the domains, place some content on it or what? I have no desire to spend a ton of time on the domains..

Thanks in advance!

I'm a bit confused by your question, tbh. Did you have no solid plan in place before buying the domains? If not, then why buy?

There is no way for us to objectively advise on what the best course of action is because that depends...usually on info gathered during the research or planning phase, so that you're able to come to a sensible, well-informed decision.

I did some research and feel they are decent .com's. I plan on flipping them, I just want some ideas on the best way to do this.....should I just park them and list them on Flippa, or perhaps put up a wordpress blog on them and add some basic content? I was looking to sell them in 30 days or so.

Thanks!

I have a similar question, don't want to hijack the thread but well... i bought a PR4 domain that was expiring, and I was wondering in terms of SEO if it was better to redirect it to one of my websites, or if I should build up a little authority site and then place links to my various sites on it.. which would be most useful in terms of SEO, anyone know?

People on Flippa for the large part want something done for them and preferably something that makes a bit of money. If you just want to sell domains, unless they are amazing, don't expect to be banking. Ditch the notion of not wanting to do fuck all to them. Build something, promote, make a few bucks, flip it.
You should check this section out http://www.blackhatworld.com/blackhat-seo/f141-site-flipping/

IMO, why not build the site up ? If you plan to hold onto it, it makes sense to try to make it work.

I have a bunch of domains lying around because I thought they were great and bought them and never actually made the project. So I can see where OP would have bought a domain he thought was good without a plan for it.

Answering OP's question: I'd develop them and flip them. Just selling the domains depends on someone really wanting the specific name or it'll probably won't be worth much ....

Personally, I have very little interest in building them up, plus they are somewhat specialized. I feel that whatever I built would be replaced.. i.e. I picked up the name MortgageLittleRock.com ....a mortgage company in Little Rock obviously would want their own content, contact data etc....why put a bunch of articles etc on it?[FONT=arial, sans serif]

Just email the different mortgage companies in Little Rock that you are selling the domain, and mention that you offered it to their competitors somewhere in the email.

That's a sold idea, thanks! I think I will do some very minor development, maybe a template
