This guy claims to give documents to remove paypal restrictions and also has vcc

I checked the thread and found lots of +ve reviews and contacted him by his email as i couldnt pm

I wanted a reloadable vcc as i had to pay for my adult site server

he said he could give me

and he mailed me a payoneer invoice

i paid 20$ and got a vcc next day
added to paypal and got verified

all good ..so far

he said i could reload "tomorrow"

then i reloaded for 160$ which he charged me 196$

he sent an invoice by payoneer

after payment he said it would take 2 days to reload
he hadnt mentioned that before

i waited a day and kept emailing him as my servers renewal date was over

next day he promised "tomorrow" it will be reloaded

then he stopped messaging

I checked payoneer message and it says "The funds will be transferred to the recipient within two business days."

so looks like he was waiting to get the funds in hand and disappear

I paid money and you stopped responding until i opened this thread here on BHW

after that you offered me refund..
then you said if you send to me by paypal you will lose money as they have "charges"

then again you offered reload to the vcc

but you couldnt do that either so i asked for refund less the charges so you sent me 190 instead of 196


....now i got this message from paypal

You received a payment from Muhommad Aslamkh. We've placed the money for this transaction on hold because we believe this transaction may involve a higher than usual risk. Providing no issues arise between you and the buyer the funds will be released after 21 days.



Here are the details:

which means you can still get back the money within 21 days !!

where am I and whats my position


does being a newbie stop me from paying to "established " members ????

is that a code for " you can ripp me off"

its a banking issue that's why I can't reload his VCC and also he wants refund so i send him a refund.

I asked refund only after YOU replied to me after this thread was opened

and i have show proof to the moderators about the conversations

You started emailing me that it will be reloaded

then after one day you asked me if I want refund or reload

i asked you can you reload it today then ok , i do not want to keep waiting forever

then you said you will refund

and i ended up getting only 181 $

anyway the status is still showing as "pending"

I will update you once it is cleared

anyway thanks for the refund

I'll keep this thread alive until everything is clear.

I'm reopening the thread so those involved can respond but PLEASE do not violate SL Rule #4 or you'll have an unhappy Mod sending you not so nice alerts.
 
that was before you started replying and they said that cannot be revrsed as payment is already completed
