But from what I can see - you bought from a NON-SELLER - a newbie, like you. When you joined the forum, did you read the rules?

Sorry to hear that you got scammed. You had a deal with a newbie & newbies are don't have a seller type of status here at BHW. See if your deal with that newbie qualifies for a shitlist (you may read the shitlist section rules).

you both broke the rules. the user you pointed to is not a bhw seller
it clearly says in the rules Sellers are paid members with blue / pink names

is not a paid seller, he was selling via pm which is against the rules

also you broke the rules for not doing your due diligence because you
also traded with a guy who had been here 2 weeks.
the fault is sadly yours for not following the rules

and you should have known better having a 5 year account, even the newsbies
know members with yellow names can not sell on the forum.....
so your both 50 - 50 to blame. sorry its a harsh lesson but you shouldnt
be buying via pm from YELLOW name members.

I think that he just copy-paste the TG of the accused from PM ... maybe. Is just a supposition ...

The accused is banned and as @proxygo shared buying from someone who cannot sell here is a violation of rule 3.6.

He probably hosed others as well.

Buy from those who pay to sell here, on this forum, and ignore or report the others.

my bad guys i was just in a rush and forgot that sellers are verified on here, glad hes banned though ill put the DD in this time
