Got scammed 1.2k by ogads

Small update, the account in question has some seriously weird things going on it, the advertiser is even not sure what or how its happening, it is a risk that i lose 1.2k also by paying out @JuliaGameuse but i will take the risk because i try to do good by all my affiliates -- this is the advertisers direct response... where even them say its something risky, i dont get paid on this actual offer until January, but seeing as theres a thread up, and some good proof of how its being run, i am going to unblock and allow the publisher to run some other offers to see if the same effects are reached.

One red flag is asking me for net-7 straight away after this unban. i just hope ive not been burned by a "brand new signed up" bhw member, seems everyones against the networks these days-- our managers would never steal someones method, we would not last as long as we have by stealing peoples methods and copying what they are doing ?? so get the tin foil hats off please as that is just insulting.

Hoping the community understands where im coming from here. A network like mine would never knowingly ban a user from accessing his legitimate earnings, but a user of ogads could fraud us, sign up to BHW today and shitlist to get paid... doesnt seem too fair?

There are bad eggs out there who will do anything to shit list us to get paid. hopefully this publisher is not the case. Will update as we hear more from the advertiser, in the meanwhile, hes back on the network :)

I took a lot at your method / screenshots OP. Definitely blackhat. Do you give them what you promise? If it's a CC submit, I can definitely see some reversals down the line.

The thread has been deleted anyway so it's all good.

Why don't you just put his payments on hold until the advertiser paid for it. Since he seems to run free traffic this shouldn't be an issue for him

Wow.. over 40% for CC submit? Never in my life have I seen anyone able to do such a high conversion rate. Are the bins of these CC physical debit/credit card or simply VCC? Maybe you can print a screenshot of this using https://www.bindb.com/bin-database.html and show to the public as a proof of defense for OGads.
 
I initially somewhat sided with the OP on this thread but managed to recover his whole post on the french forum by using search engine cache. By doing some quick google translating I now think he really was doing some shady stuff, namely instructing users to generate fake details and resubmit them multiple times, but I'm not sure and can be wrong, the translator isn't perfect. Interested parties can further investigate on their own. See for yourselves:

They probably are incentive, but even so instructing users to fill in fake details isn't playing by the rules.
 
Contacting them via phone would be your best shot. If not, a demand letter may be used.

@bonzo90 I think you should disable his account. This is fraud, incentivizing someone to complete CC submit is against the rules as far as I know, if not I could make millions.
 
Thanks BHW Detectives, the reason the traffic looked real is because he was trying to get french users to complete the offers via that offer link with real french ips.. that explains it now, scamming us by scamming them, i'll also report the bug to the advertiser too.

He's now been banned, big thank you to @alexa_s for finding this information out... please reach out to me for a reward to say thank you! appreciate everyone on this thread for their replies and defending me instead of this guy.
