Got Scam On Paypal $500

Hello guys, someone has recently chargeback scam me for $500.. now my paypal account is on negative -$500..

My problem is my credit card and bank account is linked into it..

My question: Will they charge my credit card or bank account for the negative balance?

The account will sit negative until you initiate payment to cover the balance. They will not automatically withdraw or debit your linked accounts.

Sorry to hear that you were scammed, always unfortunate when that happens. If possible, submit proof of delivery/shipment and cooperate with PayPal to appeal the dispute with the buyer's credit card company.

While uncommon, in some cases, this will work if your proof-of-delivery is strong enough.

Thank you, but I did everything it's a digital item and I already dispute and lost :(

I can't unlink my bank and credit card, they don't have the right to get my money without my knowledge?

When did the buyer dispute after made the payment? I mean after what period?

Did you send the screenshots of your conversation? and the proof of delivering that digital product?

They don't charge it directly and make sure you don't receive any amount to that Paypal account

Next time you pay with your PayPal account, they can charge the negative balance, happened with me once . But my PayPal account is Indian.
 
I'm from USA. When I went negative $50 when I was like 12 and never touched my paypal, I came back to it when I was 14 and the negative balance was gone. My dads bank was attached to the paypal and he didn't have the login; it's safe to assume pay pal WILL charge you. My paypal was made in 2009, has a 100k/month business income limit, and is in great standing. Pay the debt and keep jogging. Dont lose your paypal.
 
This happened to me about 5 years ago. They will hold everything that comes in until it is settled. I couldnt even buy a new PayPal because eventually they would figure out its me. Well i would mess up and get caught. Disputing is the only shot. When they say decisions made keep pushing. Eventually though it will get old.

that could work, but my credit card and bank is stuck on my paypal.. Im scared they will auto bill me
 
You are selling 500 bux digital products? Just sell one more and you're out of debt. If it's software just suspend their license if it's a book feels like you are the scammer :D

I am having hard time understanding how it's a scam though?

You can login to your paypal account an unlink your credit card and bank account.

If you are selling something online be ready for cancellations. It will matter if you are selling 1000s of them. That's just part of the game.
 
You might have to consider dumping that account.
 
interesting what stuff you get than claim is scam?
U never get the stuff?
or the stuff don't tally ? different from their ad or marketing?

end up is not what they claim ?
