    1. So, just asking if any of you all know where I can lodge a report like to an authority or something?
They owe me $ for my affiliate commissions but not responding to my email no more despite repetitive follow-ups (they have ignored me this way before this when I asked for the pending payments).

    2. Totally my fault, I lost my cheque - so they mentioned to have it reissued at a whopping $25 fee just for 1 cheque. I inquired for bank-in to a States-based bank, to which they denied unless they have issued min 2 cheques to me on the reason this would help them validate my mailing address. Have any of you all gone through this and what did you all do when faced with this?

What kind of amounts are we talking about? I know being ripped off is always being ripped off, however, there are different legal ramifications for $10, $100, and $10,000 of course...

    Hey,
Around $100. What legalities would apply to this case then you think?

I would report it to the BBB. You can't really get that $ back tbh. Court costs would outweigh anything you would get from the settlement. Not to mention their ToS probably has you sign away all your rights to begin with.

Apply for a Payoneer card and get your payments there. I've never had a single problem with Adultfriendfinder paying me in every 2 weeks when i promoted them back then.

I will never understand why cheques are still popular, it's a medieval method. Shipping takes time, they can get lost, banks can refuse to cash them etc.
Companies NET 30 payouts are already BS, if you're an international publisher, the shipping of the cheque can take quite some time, plus the bank can ask you to wait for an additonal week or two until the cheque clears. It can take an eternity until you finally get your money.

Reissuing a cheque always costs money, you can disagree with the fee, but i'm pretty sure they're covered and it's in their TOS somewhere.

seems fair enough. They have to pay their bank to cancel the cheque as if someone finds it and cashes it they have just paid you twice. Once you have two cheques then change to payment by PP. They have never missed a PP payment every week to me for years (and previous to that was two-weekly payments)... Never had a problem with them paying ever..
