I've found a PROVEN niche that generates sales on 1 site.
I want to create a landing page for it and sell it through PPC traffic.
On the one site - item is sold for around $50-100 and I've seen hundreds of sales.
With a proper ad campaign - we could easily do 100 sales per week (if not per day).
Its a digital product. So the margins are T H I C C.
Possibilities; CPC $1, 50% CTR TOFU to get a free taster of what we're going to sell (consider it a lead-magnet).
And from the 50 sign ups, 10% of them buy, that mean 5 people would buy the product.
Let's say the product costs $100, that would mean $500 in sales.
Minus our costs for ads of $100 ... that would leave us with $400 in profits ...
I've not misc costs like hosting / mail chimp, website & product creation.

What's needed; Sales Funnel with 4 e-mails (1 per week), short sales video for the funnel & ads, website with 5 posts for the website to be allowed to promote on X platform + Ad budget + management.
