Are you still doing ranking for them?
Have they reached top 3 for the highest traffic keyword?

Oh man, this thread still has activity? Sorry for not updating it!

Well the good news is that yes the client was happy, and their SERP's definitely improved... However, they ended up not renewing, and I sold the business in November 2012. Made some good money on it, that's for sure. However, it has gone downhill from there AFAIK. Now I am into Real Estate full time and dabble in some offline CPA here and there.
