Got 1plusgoogle and OnePlusGoogle.com Any Ideas

Just to remind you that google has been actively known to go after domains names that contain their TM trademark/s. a UDRP (http://www.icann.org/en/udrp/udrp.htm) could be possible. I know you're willing to risk but just reminding of it's possible consequence.. All the best.

You've been consistently given the best advice for your domains in this thread, which is to drop them, yet you continue to ignore it and rationalize your choice instead. Good luck with your gems, x2 points if you registered them at godaddy, they're very lenient with such matters and will only charge you a "small fee" for copyright infringement just to cover their "expenses" if the dog poo hits the fan (not that google cares that much).

Yep you're only hope is to offload them onto some other newbie who doesn't have a clue what he's doing. You might live somewhere where the law couldn't touch you but don't expect Google to rank your site anywhere in their index.

Good luck with the traffic from Bing :D

Doesn't matter ICANN is US based, all they have to do is ask and they get the domains transferred to them.
 
Reading this thread makes me laugh! Anytime people ask for help I see tons of replies with the same information as the person posted above them. Most dont even answer the OP question they just simply repeat what everyone else has said.

Yes using Google in your name will more than likely have it remove but to answer your question..... If you are on a low budget you could pay a programmer to make you a google 1+ bot then sell the bot with a monthly subscriptions.

Option 2 Start a google 1+ service

Option 3 like the guy said start a twiends type site if your budget allows it.

I understood his question the fact of the matter is he should not invest any time or money into these domains because they will be gone sooner rather than later if he has any success at all (which is obviously what he's going for). I say this because of personal experience with some YT related sites (owned by Google) as soon as you start taking off they take your domain and redirect it to their site.

His first order of business should be to drop these and start over on a new domain - something brandable or catchy but without Google in the name.

After that then I'm sure we would all give some ideas on what to do with a G+1 related site; but for now the most important thing is a new domain or he's just wasting time.
 
Send them an email before they send to you and try to sell them :D
 
how much do you think you want to invest into this project? Ok now take that money and BURN it! :p
 
People may get away with the trademark issues if the site is a WH and positive site for them. When you try making money, selling the domains, and especially in this case trying to make a +1 trading/bot site they're definitely going to come after you. Good luck.
 
Wow you're 100% correct, everyone is just repeating the same scary news about my domain name, yes there are risks involved but I've always been a risk taker and CHOOSE to stick it out and see what happens and if google sends me an e-mail about the domain name I won't hesitate to end the madness and give it up... You gave me great advice...Thanks..

Thanks..I just plan on making a site and selling it off to someone who can make a faster buck with it than I can :):D
