Google's New Design?

Has anyone else seen Google's new design? I just opened my browser, went to Google's homepage, made a search, and was immediately stunned when I saw how the page looked like. I clicked the homepage link to Google and it gave me this new logo and the front page was much cleaner.

Though after I closed my browser and opened it up again, I'm getting the old Google once again. So I was wondering if any of you have noticed something similar as well.

Lol the 4th link is Ripoffreport blasting BHW. Hilarious.

I have been using this scheme for a month now. Its like playing the Wii. Pretty simple, no changes in much else but organization.

Someone here actually posted the code you paste in your browser to get that view.
But as usual i forgot who and what the name of the thread was.
