Google Webmaster Tools, Links to your site

After many time without visit my websites at google webmaster tools decide to check them, and get good news.

Before this news I was always tracking my backlinks with yahoo inbound links.... BUT today, just cheeking "Links to your Site" at Webmaster Tools I realize that now appears x99999 more links than ever.

Goggling discover that webmaster tools was updated 13 Oct. So I thinks it's because of that.

A real example (searching backlinks):
-With Yahoo Inbound Links:
33 Backlinks (30 domains)

-With Webmaster Tools:
518 Backlinks (342 domains)

A really big difference!!!
This site was blast some times with scrapebox services, xrumer and so on... no quality backlinks... and Google Index them too!!

So here is the question... witch is better to use to track my backlinks?
I think it's time to use google webmaster.
Now want some BHW user opinions.

In my opinion yahoo links are better than Google webmaster tool. As yahoo shows only the quality and indexing links.

I decided to use both, yahoo like "quality links" and google like "all links" to track my progress and service performance.
