Google Webmaster tools indexing errors "need help"

Since Past few weeks i've noted a big decrease in organic visits to my site.
After checking Google Webmaster tools> Coverage there are lots of errors some are server error (5xx) and the majority of urls have been excluded from search with an error (Excluded by 'noindex' tag)

and from the Excluded by 'noindex' tag list i visted urls ending with /feed/ then an error appeared on the webpage of my site tho the website is working fine.

This page isn’t working
mydomainanme.com is currently unable to handle this request.

HTTP ERROR 500

i am using yoast seo
WordPress version 4.9.9

Decide which URL style you want to use, www or non-www.
Set up a 301 redirect so that any links to your non-preferred URL style will go to the right style.
Set your preferred domain in Google Webmaster Tools so your search result listings are consistent with your style preference.

i've already set-up my domain url form the beginning i am using non-www.
Redirection is set already
and already set my preferred domain in webmaster tools...
this was not the answer to my question tho still appreciate the reply
