Google Webmaster Tools ---Avoid it!!

Agree with op. Do not use google tools if you do blackhat. Among these tools are Google Analytics, Google Adsence (do not put it on BH sites!), GWT, google DNS servers. They all help to track you.

All SEO is blackhat!!! No such thing as whitehat. Unless a website links to your website voluntarily, without even you asking them, for example because of some important news or an unique product, then its blackhat. There is different shades of black, some get you banned quickly, some may never get you banned, but its all black. :)

OK... got your point, but dont you think - if you dont mind google wmt, that's doesnt mean google wmt dont mind you too :)

I just read another post on here by lancis so credit to him. He said he is using yandex metrica (google it) and he said its just as good as google analytics :)

What an absolute genius

i agree, got 1 big site slapped when i used that shit, then i added another CLEAN SITE from 2011 and baaaaam slapped too!!! i hate google and never use their shit again!

To replace your Google Analytics with something better switch to Yandex Metrika https://metrika.yandex.com/

Just like Google, Yandex is not an innocent lamb. However:

1. Yandex is a Russian search engine, so your English niches are of no interest to them. Even if you get penalty on Yandex, for some reason, who cares?

2. Yandex has better tools than Google, and they are free of charge. Honestly, I'm loving their Metrika.

Well now they've created yet another problem: if you don't have GWT you can't disavow links, so anyone can hit you with negative SEO and it's your fault if you can't protect yourself....

I do not dare to add another clean site so they can slap that to. Im tired of starting over and over

Create a new Google account. You've probably been flagged as a spammer for some reason.

From my exp, I had 7 websites, 1 got deindexed (4 years ago) but all other are still working . I have all eggs in one basket :) (the deindexed site was autoblog )

I'd say that all you're doing is making it easier for them and they can deindex all of your sites quicker if you have them in one account, but if you do A, B, & C on site 1 you probably did A, B, & C on site 55 as well, so they would eventually find you out.

I suppose the idea they want to promote is you spend your time on 1 worthwhile site that genuinely delivers something than 30, 40, or more crap sites that are just designed to earn you money, so probably putting them all in one Google account isn't a smart move.

You're just confirming ownership which makes their job easier and faster.

I don't have any issues with it, never had. But if you're on BH stuff, heavily affiliating etc. why did you put all you eggs (30 sites) in one basket?

I actually don't think the fact you use Googles Tools or Not Matters -- but the more information you give Google about you the smarter it gets .. so abandon one project today due to penalties and start a new one in 6 months - and Google is onto that from Day 1 ?

this is the issue for me - I want to spoon feed Google as little as possible and make them earn it.

Would something like using infinitewp or managewp cause any problems in this regard?

I agree to the OP it is helpful to do Social Media promotion + Tiered link building to index your web pages all in one go. Or not to use GWT.

1 Google account per site would be a safe way to go, that's what I'm doing anyways.

I also not longer use it. If you are still using it, then make sure that you do not have more than 1 site in the same account.

(Don't hate me for bumping an old thread!)

Do you use proxies to access your accounts, too? Google can see that you log in to all these separate accounts from the same IP.

Google have other "better ways" to manage everything.
