Google visitors down 50% in my website

From March 4th Google visitor to may website drastically went down 50 to 60 percent. immediately I was looking for answers what happens.

In March 2014

I did two thinks:

1) add my website in Google analytics and Google webmaster tools.
2) I add manually my website in 10 webs top 9 page rank.

My website still in google I did a site:websample. serch and looks ok. Please any help, Thank you so much for your time.

Probably you have been penalized for some reason, it might not be related to the 2 things you said you did, but to some older things

Does anything about penalties show up in the GWT?

no penalty or alert GWT. My web site is 7 years old and just in March 2014 I enroll in the GWT.

Well, just search your website name in google (without protocol and extension) if it's not in first position, you might get algorithmic penalty.
