For this, you will need Google Flow. Look it up.
By the way, I just tried generating Veo videos using Vertex AI through Google Cloud. Got a $230 bill just within an hour. Generation cost is insane. They are losing a shit load of money making it available for Gemini Pro, even if they just offer 10 videos per month/week

There's currently a nsfw version that's unrestricted and yes it can bypass kyc (70%). It's good in doing directed motions and imagination
