Now I have to be wary of ultra clean videos. AI still can't capture motion in the real sense as you would see from something like a random phone recording.

It's looking really good for AI atm. Though I'm sure there's limits on what can and can't be created in the legal sense, so I wouldn't be too scared for now.

Absolutely! I have seen several videos in the past, including Sora. The demo video was stunning and scary, but the final output we received was not good at all. So, let's wait. Good share though!
