I follow this SEMrush sensor, which indicates when Google launches a new update. Until now everything looks normal. You can check it out here https://es.semrush.com/sensor/

SEMRush sensor will detect an update like 7 days after it happens.
Its hard to tell when you are pulling another joke and when you are serious..
Not even I can tell when I'm serious, if ever.

Haven't seen much movement one way or the other - however I'm seeing another type of update. I'm now getting hit with a sign-in request when doing too many manual searches in incognito/not signed in. Not a captcha, but actually forcing a login to continue showing results - and it looks IP based and not cookie-based. This is new to me and pretty interesting, not sure if it's been mentioned elsewhere though.

I think you maybe right. Yesterday I noticed my website going up and down and then some pages went out of top 100 and today again came back to their position.
