(Google Update) Sites Bouncing Like Hell

Does anybody knows about the update which happens earlier, I saw many of my sites are bouncing like hell goes up goes down every hour in a day. Please help if you have any type of info about the update.

You mean the constant update all day every day? Get used to it my man.. Its a live algo update now. It happens all the time... figure out what you did in the last week or two and go back and change it up. That's all that I can tell you.
