Did this update change YouTube videos position in the serp's? In my opinion, yes.
Anybody ranking YouTube videos on Google here?

Yes its true even I saw big changes on 13.
 
It's the Friday, the 13th update. As far as the early signs can confirm, ( from what I can gather), it is likely to be related to unnatural link building.
