He can't recover from Panda with links. It's a quality update. To recover from he has to build unique content and wait for the next update which may happen a year from now. Long wait. He'll be better off improving his content and starting up a new website. Building links to his current website is like throwing good money after bad.

Since Sunday, I see like 25% increase in traffic. One of my websites was hit by Panda last September, I have learnt my lesson, and it pays off now

...again, there IS no "new" update this week. But Panda is still rolling out, so many of you are probably just finally getting Panda applied to your sites page by page. Based on everything I've read this HAS to be Panda. And Panda will contunue to roll out for weeks, so get used to hearing people posting about supposed updates.

Nothing out of the ordinary, i have to note that my 150+ doorwaypages/sites are still doing great after all the threats about Google taking them down, Google isn't doing shit...

Huge drop in one of the sites. Not sure if its because of this update though.
Had a Fiver SEO blast with Tier-2 links - could very well be the reason.

Yeah keep beating that high quality content is great for rankins drum, in the meantime i do it with cheap garbage spun content and laughing all the way to the bank, good luck with that high quality content, Google bots love to read that
