Google Update 8/2?

Thats why I just like to stick to quality content. Google will never penalize good quality.

You have NO CLUE what you are talking about. They penalize it ALL THE TIME.

Content is for users/visitors. Period. If you want them to read it, fine. Personally I only want them to click on my ads so the content is meaningless to me. If you're building lists and relationships, then by all means write that good content till the cows come home. I'm just interested in getting them AS FAST AS POSSIBLE to the products/services they want to buy. STRUCTURE of content matters. Quality doesn't mean shit.

Links are for ranking. Period.

So concludes today's lesson.

And NO CHANGE in any sites over the past month. If anything it's been slight INCREASE in traffic.

Exactly, only my landingpages have good, readable content that will drive the visitor to the call to action (whatever that may be) but other then that i use the most crappy, cheap, easy to manufacturer content i can get my hands on, the only thing i do is format it in the basic SEO style (H1, H2, tags, img tags etc) and that is it, rather it is for web2.0 or sites that i build to target low and midlevel keywords and redirect the visitors to my landing pages or aff pages.

When i see people that are using hand written content on their tier 2/3 i think to myself what are these people doing wasting all that time and money, and i see them say that it is to secure for future updates, they are not making the money that they could today, so that they can be save for future updates that can be years away from now.... That is Google propaganda ate work ladies and gentlemen, because you do exactly what they tell you to do.

Stop reading MOZ/SEL/WF crap and start doing your own testing and i guarantee you that you will find out that the Google algo isn't as have as good as these WH clowns and selfproclaimed guru's give it credit for, don't take my word for it, TEST :-))

Am seeing a few things bounce around, nothing too drastic, though.
