I love when am shuffling but hate when google shuffles me.
Google Uncle shuffling my ranking #18 to #15. when i search my keyword on google it shows me on #18 and when i search it again google shows it #18. Guyz, is this good for my website health? Why google shuffling my website? Thanks in advance... Please help me out!

Those kind of fluctuations are normal, especially if you're regularly building backlinks. Google is reassessing your suitability for a higher position, so just get on with it.

It is normal. Position on different datacenters can vary and google constantly making re-calculations.

its happening with all of my websites.. don't worry.. google is will fit you on one place soon.. could be on first page otherwise 2nd is final... Take a chill pill baby...

I wouldn't worry about dancing between #15 and #18 - Id worry about being at #15 or #18

Its totally OK. you don't have to worry about it. you can do continue what you are focused at. And that is building a good site.

Jesus, aint that the truth. This is a dance, it's a shuffling of the index as the system performs periodic updates to and from the off-index (secondary) into the main prod index which we all know and *love.
And please stop referring to Google as "uncle"..that's just slightly weird.
