the only thing that keeps google from stopping spammers (like me) is building smarter bot. and so the story goes that spamming is still an accepted method today.. spam cleanly.. manipulate links cleanly and avoid obvious footprints.. this is indeed will make things harder - a lot!
I got annoyed when i read that OP, because I spend a few hours every single DAY optimizing my site, checking keywords, getting backlinks and all the usual things like that. So I do focus on SEO as i dont have a large Google Adwords budget. SEO brings me more than 90% of my website traffic.
And now Google wants to give sites that have NOT invested time and money into SEO for their website to level the playing field against sites like mine. WTF Google!
I feel if a site dosent put the effort into SEO, they should not get better or same rankings as a site that has put thousands of dollars and man hours into SEO.
How do you guys feel about it?
Well you have to look at google from the searchers points of view. Google wants to return good search results and let's face it, most of our websites offer useless information and there are better sites out there lol.
