Google Sucks or they are just lost ?

Also the amount of exact searches shown in the keyword tool are wrong , no one speaks or post in authority sites about this but one of my sites being in place 1 of the serp for 450k exact matches with no adwords adds gives me 400 to 500 hits a day which is nonsense.

like all big companies they likely have their bureaucracy

with google I personally find that each individual part of their company functions quite well once they get operating, however when it comes to "cross function" type activity they're don't appear that well connected to me (hard to find a company that really is). No insider knowledge from me but I'd be willing to bet money that this error is from something in some non-adwords part of the company that adwords pulls their data from sending / mixing the wrong data over to this department.

the good thing to remember is that if they really had everything that well organized, there would be far less profit in this game

Sometimes Mr. G can be wildly inaccurate, thank god I didn't have the opportunity to that. But I've heard others.

Actually I'm getting around 500 hits a day at #2 for a 75k exact search KW. From your count the KW is getting a monthly search of 35.8k if you count that #1 is getting 42%.

Another theory that i've heard is that google inflates these numbers by 30%

I think the bug was added purposely?

Unfortunately their KW tool is known for it's inaccuracy. Hopefully someday they'll reveal their real numbers.

I prefer using bing for searches now. A) You know google is tracking everything when you're logged in... B) I just hate them.
