I’m actually going to answer you properly, because nobody here will do it except BHW users farming their post count.
If there’s a message in your Google Ads interface saying you have a $1–$2 advertising spend limit, everything is fine. That limit usually disappears after 2–5 days.
If you’ve never seen that message, then know that I’m currently experiencing the same issue, and I’ve found a few answers.
According to discussions on Reddit and in the Google Ads community from people who had this problem and managed to solve it, it seems that Google has placed your account under review. A prolonged review, apparently, because some of my accounts simply never come out of it.
The only real solution would probably be to contact Google Ads support to resolve the situation. But you’ll end up dealing with GTech customer reps, basically the lowest level of support, who have no authority over the issue and can do absolutely nothing.
I’ve tested farmed accounts, aged accounts with ad spend, and the result is always the same: there’s this “eternal” limit, as I call it. And it’s not for lack of running things properly (VCCs with a BIN matching the payment profile geo, proper farming, anti-detect browsers, 4G mobile proxies, etc.) and being extremely careful with my actions.
This limit seems to have started appearing around September 2025, because I remember that even before that, on brand-new accounts, you could spend your full advertising budget without this restriction.
