All are them relevant. but The target is keyword. because the help to rank. The relevant keyword it should be important to the main keyword.

Are you targeting keywords with tough competition? Compare the competition with the keywords that you rank for. Is it long tail keywords? Do you have a good backlink profile?

Write unique articles on your main keywords daily, then include some keywords from the list you're currently ranking for.

Give it some time, usually google is starting to rank for long tail keywords first - it's a good sign. If niche is competitive keep doing what you are doing and give it some time( couple months).
