Hello,

Google search console display why Page with redirect problem?

First page , examplesite.com/example---page/ that is url not correct

Second page , examplesite.com/example-page/ that is url correct so,

I redirected 301 first page between second page. But why page with redirect? İs it a error? or not?

Your only concern should be that the final page is indexed/ranking, etc... You can ignore similar GSC reports

This is not necessarily an error

It’s likely Google recognizing that a redirect is in place, and it might just take time for it to fully process the change

I would just ignore it

As long as the redirect is properly set up and working, there's no issue. Google will eventually update its index. You can also request indexing for the correct URL to speed up the process."

As long as the redirect works, the new page is indexed, and internal links point to the correct URL, there's no issue. Google will eventually drop the old URL.

It's not a problem or error. just overlook this issue. As you have your old page to a new one so google is giving you a report that its a redirection. Nothing serious.

It's is because of url, check your page url settings in wp dashboard

No, it’s not necessarily an error, but it means Google still sees the redirected URL in its index. This happens because:

1️⃣ Google Hasn't Processed the 301 Yet – It can take time for Google to recognize and drop the old URL. Keep checking GSC.

2️⃣ Internal Links Still Point to the Old URL – Double-check your site and update any old links.

3️⃣ Backlinks to the Old URL – If other websites link to the first URL, Google may still crawl it.

4️⃣ Redirect Chain Issue – Make sure it’s a direct 301 (old → new) without extra redirects in between.

It’s not a big problem. If everything is set up correctly, Google will eventually replace the old URL in its index. Just be patient!
 
No, that's not an error. You set up the 301, and that's exactly what that message means: it found your redirect. It's working as intended. Just give it some time for things to update fully.
 
Google Search Console marks it as "Page with redirect" because the first URL permanently points to the correct second URL.
This isn’t an error—it simply shows that the original page won’t be indexed directly. With the 301 redirect active, link authority passes to the correct page, which is the one search engines will index.
 
Google just reports redirected URLs separately. As long as your 301 works fine, it’s not an actual error.

It’s not actually an error. “Page with redirect” simply means Google has detected that the original URL redirects to another page (through your 301). It’s a normal part of the crawling process. As long as the redirect is properly set up (301, not 302) and the final destination URL is indexed, you don’t need to worry. Google just lists it separately because it can’t index the redirected URL itself — only the final one.
