This looks like real scholar citations, in other words scholars referring to papers by other scholars. I doubt you can get that, as you need to be a scholar writing a real paper in order to be cited. And you cannot fake it as these are peer reviewed.

They use citeseer.
Just as websites trade links, "scholars" trade citations among themselves. It's a cancer in universities.

Can you help to increase citations?
there are different guidelines for the citation on google scholar compared to those for the ordinary backlink. I feel that it is better to conduct some research that will be cited in other source.
