Hi guys, quick question. Is there any way to link to a specific business review box ( as in the physical tab where someone would write the review, not the search results page, as it reverts to the search results page for that business everytime I use the leave a review link I copied)

Both of These Guys Are WRONG!
No offense. Caveat is you have to manage the Google My Business Profile to do this.
Type your business into Google> Your business profile will come up. In the sideback, click this link:
That will open your reviews "tab" – but where "Leave a Review" normally is, you will see this in the Top Right.
Click the link. Copy it. That's your direct share link which takes visitors directly to leave a review. Turn it into a QR code if you want, put it on business cards, and you're done.
