As you said you will pay them for a review, and considering that they have different locations, why do you want to fake their GPS?

My main concern is not the reviews going live. They all go live ok. But google are currently running an algorithm sweep every 2 - 3 months which is exnihilating all these reviews. Anything in the last month stays, but anything before this, their name will turn to "a google user" for a few days then the review will drop. Lost multiple hundreds
Checking each review and screen recording is lot work if you run a few groups like this
That is exactly why I am looking for a new method.
If people are real with regular activity within the profile, Google might not get suspicious
