sure people will get annoying with garbage result, I think google will keep dancing our KW.
maybe they plan You Pay Us for Ads or keep dancing everytime.

One of our site is not affected much by the update, but last few days it lost 20 percent traffic but still stable. That site has unique long content, no link building. Our biggest site dropped over 40 percent organic traffic, it has some issues though, there are some thin, outdated content and link building.
I plan on fixing it, removing the thin content and update content that are old. Should I disavow the links that are greyhat?

Google doesn't know about Grey hat, it's an algorithm
So, simply remove the ones that look suspicious

I already have <3 second loading time with ads and pop ups. Moreover most of the ad companies don't support AMP. How you are going collect leads with amp pages.
Guys, the way it looks now, nobody can give you an advice on what to do....We have done a proper review and compared soooo many sites and can't find anything that makes sense what so ever.
- People say content....can't agree, some sites have shit content, some too long, some too short, almost spun content and they are on top.
- People say whitehat SEO with strong backlinks....can't agree, there are sites on top with PBN links and no strong links at all.
-People say....do this, do that....can't agree.
For the moment..NOTHING HELPS. You are completely on a lottery with Google. Google have to settle down and understand they f*cked up with this update which I believe they are doing.
Even if its easy to say "be patient" when you see your KW and traffic going straight down the drain....that is probably the best advice.

guys - i noticed few major changes on my side over the last 48 hours. It seems an adjustment by google on the work they did from May 6th period. anybody else noticed anything on their side.
one of my keywords, went to #1 ranking, beating a wikipedia page!
My primary keyword, still down after the may 6th period. i am going to see what I can do with on-page optimization to push this back to the top.

For the most part, the update hadn't affected any of my sites until May 15th, when it dropped me 1-2 spots for a bunch of important keywords.
Yestereday (May 22nd), not only did I get my rankings back for those keywords, but I even improved a position for some of them (grabbing first instead of being second)
Not going to celebrate yet, since it can still continue to bounce, but there is definitely still a lot of movement happening.
This is the vibe I get from it too.
It's not the usual - you were either spamming or you weren't spamming.
It's - you were either unlucky, or you were lucky.
I've kept a close eye on various forums regarding this update, since the update, and as soon as someone comes up with a reason as to why some sites are ranking well and thus has the 'golden fix', it's immediately debunked with numerous visual examples that completely shatter said theory.
The update either skipped you, or it got you. The websites it skipped of course look like they got a boost, but really it's just that the ones that were hit got tanked thus the ones that the update skipped naturally moved up some spots.
My take on this now is just to try and sit back and detach from it (at least to a large extent), in hopes that there will be some volatility in the SERPS over the coming months. When you are hit to such an extent as I am, I just want the whole f*cking house to get rattled around like crazy, as at this stage I only have something to gain from that.

how do i know if i have amp pages? i didnt implement them but i use cloudflare maybe they did

Cloudflare doesnt have the capability to add AMP Pages. You do it via a plugin in case you have Wordpress.Believe me you dont have AMP installed.

Anybody noticing changes in their SERP even now? I though update is completely rolled out and results will be stable for a while but I see my website along with other websites are still dancing..

I am still seeing changes in my niche as well as my website. Since the update has rolled out i think its best to continue doing what you where already doing.
I just noticed that one article has been outranked by two Amazon links and a small website which has some decent content (the guy actually tried), but pretty much zero backlinks. I am stupefied. This is a goddamn penalty and Google should at least have the balls to say it so we can at least understand how to fix our websites.

No, this update is so random, I doubt you got a penalty. So many whitehat people are complaining now all over the web.
