Google Rank #1 for any keyword, possible?

Hi to all,

I have a question which might seem to be related to churn and burn sites but it is a little different. Recently I have came to know that it is possible to rank any site top in google within hours, for any keyword, but for a few hours (after that google will detect it and deindex or penalize) and I could not get the procedure to do that. I am fine with such few hours lasting spot one ranking for a certain project. Anybody knows which black hat method leads to that?

To put my question in simpler manner, is it possible to rank a site

1. Within a few hours to spot 1,
2. For any keywords,

using any sort of blackhat technique?

It is alright if google deindexes/penalizes the site after couple of hours or so after the ranking takes place.

Read people using reddit method to rank keywords on #1 spot for a while.
Didn't tried myself so not sure if that still works or not.

In that you usually use a high karma account create subreddit that will be redirected to your page.
So you wont rank #1 but that subreddit will.

quick asnwer : no.

It is possible, the real question is profitable? that is the real question, can you rank and make it profitable?

to do what? rank? well that depends on the keyword, and the profitability depends on your business model

To be honest, i haven't seen anyone do this before.

But will be happy to follow your journey, and since it's churn and burn website, which will be penalized within hours, you can share the url for us all to know.
