if any seo team came up with that idea i think it would be fair to say
they would be set for life, a product that can predict what hasnt yet happened
or the % likely to happen, that would be some serious product and def wouldnt
be cheap even if it was ever do-able

You can't predict what they haven't decided yet. And worse if they knew you could predict it, then they would change it to stop that ability. Its a like light wave/particle problem. Acts one way till you try to examine it more, then it changes its structure.
