Google play développer account needed

HEllO Friends
So my first old Google play développer got suspended
So i tried To mâke new account with différents info from a vps
But after 1 week the account got suspended because of multiple account
So i already lost 25$ +25$ for the both accounts
Can any one help me mâke a new account without get suspended or can provide me a vcc card or vanilla card To buy a new account for good price because my budget Now is very very limited .

If nobody here can help you that have a thread in BST section ... then I guess I can because I've done them in the past and haven't personally had any issues. Still running my main 2 for the past 4 years and no problems.
