Google play account info.

Hi guys, Im writing because im trying to make more than one googleplay accounts.

My questions are,

-What info do you add as a Name, address and what i worry with, what ID do you add. I know it has to be a trustee information to google.

-The name of the Credit card has to be the same of the name of the application form?
