hello i am looking for anyone that can get top results for google places

i have a large link network and am willing to do exchange services organic for places or whatever. will pay for top results as well.

I can help with you this one. I have done a few of them.
 
I do these all the time. But I never guarantee anything when it comes to SEO - except to give it my best using my over 15 years of knowledge and experience. I don't do guarantees because Google can change everything tomorrow!
 
I agree with Lazlo1967, any SEO can do google places, I think this is where citation is deemed important, but getting on the first of their listing is not a guarantee.

I can't get a listing. It's not giving me an option to verify it my phone. Only by postcard. Can anyone give me advice, how to get around it. (I run a cleaning service, and do not have an office)

There's a option to hide your address....

You can set the address to your home address (so you get the postcard). Then set the address to hidden so it does not appear in the search results.
 
You can only verify by phone if the listing details are picked up from 3rd party providers
