I agree with Lazlo1967, any SEO can do google places, I think this is where citation is deemed important, but getting on the first of their listing is not a guarantee.

You can set the address to your home address (so you get the postcard). Then set the address to hidden so it does not appear in the search results.

You can only verify by phone if the listing details are picked up from 3rd party providers
