Not sure if this is how OP is doing it, but these techniques are pretty readily available recently: http://www.whitespark.ca/blog/post/26-google-maps-too-easy-spam

I am told there are easily another bunch of ways to do it (by friends who know how), and I'd be surprised if they aren't published soon too.

If I hear any more I will be sure to share.

Or, get in touch with @maptivists on Twitter - he knows how, but he will cost.
 
Hello everyone!

I am looking to verify hundreds and possibly thousands or Google Places / Local Listings for several industries all over the US. To include: pest control, plumbing, locksmith, etc.. I am willing to pay for this service but more so I am willing to pay more to learn how to do this.
