for anybody interested: they have a few local business directories in Germany/Switzerland and also a few English-language directories that accept international businesses. I'm waiting for the exact numbers. In addition they have quite a few "non-local" directories for almost every country which I havent seen on the site before..

They completed the 100 citations but not without some errors. The few that I checked didn't have the website url listed. I've put an inquiry in to them about it. Next step is to gather all the citation urls and ping them using pingfarm, hope that helps G index the citations quickly. The GP listing is still not back yet, hope all these citations will make it appear again.

The GP listing is back and it's on page 4, whew, sigh of relief. Knew Big G was dancing but there's always a little nagging worry in the back of my mind wondering if I got sandboxed never to be seen again for eons. Those 100 citations should be doing their magic and keep pushing it up.
Dr. M called this morning and let on that he's pretty happy with how his website is looking and he liked the propaganda that I put on there. I'm not even close to being done with it yet so hearing his encouraging words gave me a little boost to forge ahead and keep working on it. I'm going to look for some photos that could be put on his GP listing which should help in optimization.

My carpet cleaning website currently is at the very top of page 2, basically the fourth one below the bottom on the GP seven pack. Let's see if I can get it moving. I'm going to create a press release and send it out to a bunch of press release sites and get some backlinks. The pr is to announce the redesign of my website.
I'm currently in F position on the GP seven pack. I've got a whitespark report courtesy of crosscheck here on BHW, that shows the 95 citation sites that I'm not on. I'm going to create those 95 citations and see if it will move me up.
I'm going to create a pr announcing Dr. M now has a website and send it out and get some backlinks.
That's it for this phase of the plan. There's going to many more to do in order to reach the top and it's all going to be shown here.

Your doing great! I get really good rankings on gplaces with youtube videos alone-(not to mention ranking the vids themselves) did you ever get that video made?
-Make sure you optimize the video- put dentist + city like your emd really helps- in your video description
-google now picks up on banners in your youtube ad- so have dentist+ city like your emd in your tube video as well
- place your url link in the beginning of the description-
-dont go nuts on your tags- 3-5 is good-

Just one question...do wlmarketing give you the logins and passwords for the sites where they create citations so you can make slightl amendments if necessary?

Wrote the press release for my website and purchased 175 submissions which should be completed by end of the week. Took much too long to write the pr because I suck at writing, hope the next one will be quicker with the experience of the first one under my belt. I'll have Dr.'s pr written tomorrow and purchase the same 175 submissions.
The problem with my citation job from wlmarketing hasn't been resolved yet. They're still in email communication with me so there's hope yet. I hope I can use then again as their prices are very good. I think the best way to use them is to have them create citations at a list that you provide so that you can control where the citations are going to be coming from. A list of your competition's citations is the best one to start with. I'll let them have a crack at the list that I wrote about in yesterday's post once things are resolved and I'm confident it will.

Thanks for the kudos. No the video didn't get done, the Dr. has personal problem to attend to and didn't have time but it will get done.
I'm not so sure youtube videos alone will get you to the top. The top three in my cleaning 7 pack has no videos, they don't even have any photos and I've got 2 yt vids but at the bottom of the pack. I did as you suggested and edited the descriptions and title of my 2 vids to include the keywords carpet cleaning+cityname and my url.
Appreciate your helpful suggestions.

Yes they do, and the list can be exported to cvs/spreadsheet.
If they did their job right we shouldn't have to worry about covering their arse.
