This isn't Penguin 4.0. It's just their core update being pushed out, which also seems to contain an integration of Panda. I predict Penguin 4.0 will follow quite soon and the damage from that will be a lot worse.. so you'll definitely notice it straight away

I find my emd sites to be back in to the top... Are emds back or what?

I am also pretty sure that it isn't penguin because I saw many of spam sites are still ranking higher then usual. How to overcome from this Many of sites sites are going up and down very frequent. What to do for ranking now any update...?
