The webform could be located in the yale domain and then the file would be listed in the ccam subdomain. If this is the case, then it is necessary to access a user account in yale and from there perform a thorough crawling and find the webform we want for ccam.

Lol accessing the systems of a website in a way that bypasses the security of the site and is not the intended way for the site to be used by the owners. Yeah not hacking, of course (<<<--- this is heavy sarcasm).

Exploiting a vulnerable or unsecured upload form large scale counts as hacking? That's what scriptkiddies do all day long. Are you 12 that you think that requires some skill?

Yes, read the definition I just posted. Even better look up the legislation on it and see what is legally defined as hacking.
You can't just make up definitions of what hacking is when legally you would be prosecuted for it (well depends, some parts of the world hacking is a normal job like being a waiter or a chef).
Hacking has a broad definition deliberately to stop as much of it as possible, and it mentions nothing about how hard or easy the exploit is. Don't shoot the messenger, you can't decide what hacking is.. all that matters is whether or not you'd get pinched for it.. which you would.

I think you mean "those scriptkiddy techniques" but skipping past the fact you type like you've had a severe head injury, I don't hack and I think hacking is mostly a scummy way of making money because it indiscriminately targets the weakest links in society who tend to me old people that aren't very computer savvy and other normal people just trying to go about their business.
If you end up in front of a judge one day I hope you quote him the "Internet Users' Glossary" from 1993 as proof that you weren't hacking and see how quick he locks you up. Then again you likely come from a place where there's more chance of you winning the lottery than ever being prosecuted for hacking.

In most cases some sites allow form submission without user account. In other cases you'll have to make an account.

Which one do you think matters more in a court, this document, or legislation? So why are you focusing on this like it matters?
It's publication, not legislation, and internet standards are just an agreed way of doing things - they mean literally nothing in the real world, and they're not even regulations, just standards.

The first sentence was saying your wrote like shit, the other 1.5 paras is the argument I made - that hackers are mostly scum who don't care about the people who's lives they're fucking up, and that document the other guy posted doesn't define what hacking is - you'd get laughed out of any court producing that as evidence.

Yes, that's a reason, in addition to protecting some redirect that enforces the naked URL (could be Google / YouTube / Bing).
