I doubt this. Such type of content exist for so many years but there is yet one person to make serious money with such a content. With time, even google will become more smart to detect such content.

of course it works and while they say you shouldnt do this and that, its just an attempt to scare people to actually do it.
it works for a lot of whitehats etc who listen to everything google says, but anyways read between the lines. basically auto generated content is also ok.
like always its just about how you do it. there are many news sites for example that even have a disclaimer saying its auto generated or scraped content and they rank fine (check sites in google news).

i still see many many auto website with content creation from AI and they still get about 2M - 3M traffic in short of time

Google AI can't differentiate between hand-written content and AI-generated content. So, there is no way they can take any action. All the bullet points indicate footprints that their AI may detect. So, they are advising us to not leave any footprints.
