I am noticing that Google isn't updating the caching of majority of the websites. All major websites in my niche have their cache between 26-29 March 2019.

Have you noticed any change ?

Yes I noticed that too. It's not just for your big niche sites, but even for Facebook.

same problem on fresh indexed but aged domain
