I've been running a website for 1 year and Google has indexed it pretty well but recently the indexing has really slowed down.
I post free music and often google removes URL's, what I then do is just repost the music under a different URL.

This last week I have gone from 25k plus views to 5k a day. I manually submitted the sitemap to Google again but it is not indexing - please see the screenshot.

Did you make any changes to your site? how many posts do you make everyday? Is it duplicate content or low quality posts?

Only changes I have made was move to a different pop-ad network. But I have since reverted. My hosting provider also migrated my server recently...
No duplicate content at all

I am not sure what the reason could be, will wait for someone more experienced to chime in. How many posts do you make every day? are they useful posts how long are they? did your old pages drop out of the index or are they still there?

I make about 5-10 posts per day and they aren't that long - Includes the tracklist, picture and download links.
Old pages have been dropped

Maybe your site has been Google bummed.

Were you getting traffic on the old pages? what kind of link building have you done?

You can make changes in your site, Like take post and if you have no tag in your post then make H1 , h2 or h3 tag just make some authoirty links too, add some new images, basically google bot discover new thing on your site, so may be they index your post and pages

I know my site is not completely banned because I'm getting some organic traffic on old posts but not on the most recent ones. Most of my old posts rank in the top 10

No warnings or massages in Google webmaster tools about manual penalties or anything ? Since it's only new pages having a hard time to get index, did you try one of those indexing services ?

Are there any that you can recommend? I used "SEO Sitemap Generator with fetch urls" Plugin

A google webmaster account could really help you determine how long does it take for google to index your new pages. I spotted the same thing a couple of months back and had to manually submit pages to crawling and index from within GWMT.

I have an account already, I already tried manually submitting some new URL's but it just says "Indexing Requested" and I did this about 3 days ago

Manual indexing to google only way....

Once indexed tgen use all automation u need

I guess I will give it a few days and see what happens. See the drop in the picture

Seems to me something happened recently- perhaps not a dreaded animal named algo update but a few people on here have talked about some big drop-offs in traffic in the last week or two including me. I had two sites drop off like crazy in the last two weeks or so. They aren't fully deindexed but perhaps are getting some penalty that they weren't previsouly

Is the music free to share legally or not ?

The music is not free to share but there are LOADS of competitor sites that post way more than I do and are ranking pretty damn good

I think so too, maybe an algorithm change
