There no business address with me The things that I did is pretty simple.
  1. Write 4 article daily
  2. Add all the importance page of the website
  3. Add a genuine about us pages where I told about me and also drop my social Links
  4. After that Patience

Google News approves almost every website nowadays. The problem is ranking in google news.

I have 3 domains that are already approved by Google News.

I checked my articles in news section and I found there
 
update : got my site approved a week after submission , thank alot!

i had an about page with contact info , didn't need a contact page nor an address
