Google News As Autobloging source in 2017-2018

I am trying to do a test with auto blogging.

I bought a domain in a hot niche, I install WP and the WP-Robot plugin.

I created some pages to the site (About, Privacy Policy and Contact).
And set up some category that the main on is news (related to the site niche).

I added a Google News RSS feed to the WP-Robot with my relevant keyword and make it post new news every 5 hours.

All the news post have a backlink to google news as far as I see, I did not change the content.

I have other categories that I am planning to add new fresh hand write content - Not News!

My main goal is traffic.

Here are my question:
1. Is it safe - legal to use google news as a source, can I get sue or something due to posing google news in my site?
2. What about the real website that google show their content as from legal perspective (after all the content his them - not me and not google)?
3. Do you think AutoBlog can work in 2017-2018?
4. Any other recommendation or help will be appreciated?

There are a lot of sites that don't allow it, the bbc is one. I tried bulding a site a while ago, it took so long trying to find something I could use it would have been quicker to write the posts myself lol!

OK, Thanks for the info.

I think i can stop the WP-Robot from fetching the data ...
A better way will be to register to a google alert with my KW and manually write something related and post in my site.
This way I will have a selection of daily news (from the alert) related to my site, that I can write about.
And I guess that if it is in my words. as I wrote it, I can use it... but then it will only be another blog...and not automated...
