I posted this in the Lounge but I'll post it here to give my 2 cents of my experience.
Huge traffic boost experienced as of yesterday.
Hummingbird went into effect 1 month ago, which, if you remember, was when there was lots of people in this forum saying their traffic had gone down dramatically, even for "white hat" sites. Such was my case, lost about 20% of my traffic late August. Then started regaining slowly but surely some 3 days ago, and yesterday increase of 20% traffic, and today I'm scoring the same traffic as of last Friday, but I'm only half way through the day LOL so I'm easily hitting 50% extra today if not more. I've hit 8500 uniques today in only 12 hours when I hit 8300 uniques last Friday for the whole 24 hours.
The above is for one of my authority sites that I felt was collateral damage one month ago as this site is clean, an authority and has great visitor stats. It was also one of my money making sites and today I woke up with an extra $500 in my account to my usual daily revenues which is about twice that daily ($1000) LOL Good times. The rest of my white hat sites are up too, including another 3 authority sites that also suffered one month ago and are now killing it in terms of laser targeted traffic. Only sites that are down are my test sites (which I use to test all sort of stuff I think about) and my 2 black hat sites I started in early September as I wanted to dip my toes in hardcore black hat stuff, which worked and was making me money fast, but these 2 sites got hit yesterday with traffic down to 50%.
I have a feeling Google tweaked something on the Hummingbird yesterday, and this tweak was related to correcting the collateral damage caused 1 month ago. All my business partners have experienced noticeable increased traffic in their white hat sites too and their sites got hit 1 month ago.
Forgot to say in the other thread, but traffic is so much more targeted now especially for this site gaining this huge boost in traffic, at least the keywords which still appear from the CTR (I can still see some 20% of them).

My traffics are rapidly increasing till now. Will see what's the next move? All my keywords are in 1st place, Even the high competition keywords are in 1st place
