Google My Business Optimization

Hi, I started selling hand-craft online (wedding souvenir) since 2014 through Facebook, then I bought domain.com later in early 2015. I used wordpress with basic template, and some basic posts. I also used my limited knowledge about SEO for my website like making content with 'bold keywords", I didnt track the performance thru HitStat, but in the middle of 2015, I made my first sale. Then, it was great starter as I got more orders after it because I asked my customers to give review on Facebook Page.

Because the web theme was not supportive for online shop, I changed and using premium template, but the old content was gone and I guess the visitors dropped and during 2016, it was rare to get sales since then. I have The Graph, a tool that can scrape targeted users on Facebook, but never used, because I need to read more to use that tool.

I dunno how to get my old site performance, because when the sales were just few, i focused on writng contents for clients on fiverr. Tho, im still writing for now, i still wish my hand-craft comes back as now I only get sales from my old customers. 2 months ago, I made Google My Business profile, I was inspired by several local stores that got good reviews on there and it really boosts the sales.

I need views now. What should I do with my Website and Facebook Page? How to optimize Google My Business? Is is worth to hire SEO agency to do the optimization? I wish I could do by myself. (Thank youuuu

Before you jump in with an agency, you need to weigh up the ROI. It might be more cost effective to hire a freelancer / VA.

How much do you sell the products for, what is your gross and net profit?

Your website you can rejuvenate if you choose and build it back up, same with the FB page.

Ensure your on page is good, add Schema Markup to your website too, get plenty good content on there. Don't just go with Facebook, look at other social media platforms too.

Hi, in 2015, I could sell the products til $1900 in a year and got profit $600. I started instagram but i only posted 2 pictures. I know it's bad. Guess, I need to make more contents first and see how it works.

If you are were able to make $600 on each sale, I'd seriously consider investing in a decent theme and revamping your site.
People like to see a nice, clean, unique site if they're parting with $1900, so it would be worth considering a make over and possible rebranding.
